Kimberly Cottrell, PE, QEP, CM

Ms. Cottrell joined SESCO in August 2021 as Project Manager. She earned a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University, Houghton, Michigan in 1998. She has over 20 years of experience in the environmental permitting and consulting industry and has been involved with numerous air quality permitting and compliance projects in Indiana. She also has experience working on projects including EPCRA (TRI & Tier II), Storm Water (SWPPP), NPDES, and multimedia compliance auditing. She specializes in air quality permitting and multimedia compliance auditing and strives to understand how processes are operated in order to develop the most appropriate compliance solutions.
