Darren Reese; President & CEO
Mr. Reese has over 18 years of economic and community development experience. He serves as a subject matter expert on the utilization of unique financing options for redevelopment purposes. As CEO, he continually strives to build lasting relationships with co-workers, clients, and community partners.


Brent Graves, LPG. Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Graves, a licensed professional geologist, has over 25 years of environmental consulting experience. He serves as a subject matter expert on investigation, remediation, state and federal programs, and site closure strategies. As COO, he continually strives to ensure that all technical staff is performing to the highest technical and ethical standard.


Carla Gill, CHMM Senior Project Manager
Mrs. Gill, a certified hazardous materials manager, has over 26 years of environmental science and consulting experience. She serves as a subject matter expert on IDEM programs, the design and conduction of site investigations, field data collection, and underground storage tank excavations and closures. As an environmental scientist, consultant, and senior project manager, she continually strives to perform to the highest technical and ethical standards as well as be a leader and mentor of technical staff.


Scott Beasley, P.E. Senior Environmental Engineer
Mr. Beasley, a licensed professional engineer, has over 28 years of environmental engineering and consulting experience. He serves as a subject matter expert on civil engineering, environmental assessments, corrective action planning, remediation, and site closure strategies. As a senior environmental engineer, he continually strives to perform to the highest technical and ethical standards.




Timothy A. Bannister, LPG, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Bannister has over 35 years of hydrogeologic practice and environmental consulting experience. His specialties include analytical and numerical modeling of groundwater flow and solute transport, environmental evaluation and management of industrial and landfill facilities, and landfill permitting and design.  As a senior project manager, Mr. Bannister is committed to expanding SESCO’s role within the industrial and landfill industries.




Stephen Reuter, P.E., Senior Project Manager
Mr. Reuter has over 30 years of experience in the environmental area.  His specialties include water quality evaluation, database development, and geochemical modeling. Mr. Reuter has also worked on numerous landfill design, permitting, monitoring, and closure projects across the Midwest.  Mr. Reuter continues to work toward expanding SESCO’s role within the industrial and solid waste industries.




Tonia Pippin; Resource & Project Development Director
Mrs. Pippin has over 14 years of environmental management and consulting experience. She is currently responsible for management of the field staff, Staff Project Managers, and CAD operator; scheduling of field work, fleet vehicles and equipment; and equipment purchases and maintenance.  She also serves as a Project Manager for special contracts and assists with business development.  Her work in the environmental consulting industry has included subsurface and vapor intrusion investigations and remediation of a wide range of contaminants, as well as Brownfields redevelopment and environmental liability protection for both private and public entities.


Mike Meyer


Michael Meyer, Project Manager
Mr. Meyer joined SESCO Group in 2010 as a Project Manager, and has 20 years of experience in the environmental field.  Mr. Meyers specializes in implementing and overseeing subsurface investigations, management of subcontractors, all site reporting requirements, budget management, invoicing and maintaining strong communication with clients and regulators.  As an environmental consultant, Mr. Meyer works hard to provide practical solutions specific to each project’s environmental issues.
